SALES DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE – Full Time, Toronto, Canada

We are looking for a full-time sales development rep to join our inside sales team. The individual must have a passion for B2B client success. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication. This individual excels at building rapport with customers, and maintains strong working relationships with all accounts under their management. Responsibilities:


• Identify business opportunities and generate revenue through inside sales

• Interface with leadership team to provide reports and metrics

• Find and qualify leads that make good candidates for business

• Manage accounts through phone and email correspondence

• Organize marketing campaigns for account to increase usage and awareness

• Performing other duties as assigned

You'll be responsible for:


• Welcoming and onboarding customers new to ReUp

• Running training sessions for customers

• Identifying business goals for customers and showing them how to use our product to reach those goals

• Iterating and building on the onboarding/training processes

• Interfacing with the sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure customers have the best experience possible

• Wearing multiple hats and learning new skills as the company grows and expands


Ideally you:


• Can juggle... mostly a variety of tasks, but bowling pins would be cool too

• Are a strong communicator through voice, email, and other messaging platforms

• Have a bachelor degree or 2+ years experience in account management, sales, or customer service

Ideally you:


• Have 4+ years of B2B marketing experience, of which 2+ years are B2B growth and demand generation marketing

• Have experience working with marketing tools such as HubSpot, Unbounce, Wistia, etc.

• Understand the basics of building a marketing and sales funnel

• Know the difference between MQL and SQL

• Are familiar with calculating and optimizing key marketing metrics like CPC, CAC, LTV

• Believe that everything needs to be A/B tested

SOFTWARE ENGINEER – Part Time, Toronto, Canada

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer with a passion for solving analytical challenges, an interest in emergent technologies, and making everyday count! You will be part of a team of dedicated professionals solving our customers' most challenging problems.


Role Requirements:


• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field

• Proficient at using AWS, RDS, LAMP for server-side development

• Experience with modern web application development frameworks and languages (JavaScript, HTML, CSS, React)

• Experience with mobile development (iOS, Android, React Native)

• Demonstrated experience writing commercial-grade software applications

• Minimum 1 year experience with front end development (JavaScript, CSS, HTML5)


Additional Skills:


• Experience with RESTful Web Services
